Mastering Sales for Coaches and Entrepreneurs  – Yager Training Community


Hey everyone Hey, Happy Wednesday, getting over the hump. So last Monday, we were talking about finding
the wisdom of the year. So going over your entire year and finding
those nuggets of gold, those learning moments of some of your challenges and also your wins
as well. So one of our learnings is that we’re going
to change the Yager Training Community name. Yeah, we wanna focus it more specifically on
sales, and of course, everything around sales, which is money blocks, strategy, communication
skills, mind set, enrolling people in your ideas, how to get clear on your messaging, and all
those things. I mean, honestly, I think sales is pretty
part of life. And so it’s a really broad topic. At the same time. It’s super, super specific. And it just, it’s a common thread that I talked
to so many coaches and business owners and entrepreneurs, the ones that are really successful,
are talking about sales. That’s right, the ones that are struggling,
are talking about sales. It’s either it’s not enough or How do I make
it better refine it. So they’re talking about how much they love the
sales process and they love enrolling, how they look forward to those calls because they have a
stack of people lined up to do a sales call with them or a breakthrough coaching call,
or how much they are afraid of it or how much they don’t want to pick up the phone and actually
make cold calls or maybe even calls to people that are warm leads. They struggle with it. Our focus, our purpose for the community is
really to just refine sales what it means Yeah, and master it. Absolutely master sales, everything about
sales, from the mindset to your process, your systems, get everything dialed in. So at the end of the year, you’re going Holy
crap, look at what we did compared to last year. And if there’s anyone watching this video
that says, hey, last year was better than this year, we got to go the other way. If you’re looking at your net sheets, you’re
looking at your budgets, your your metrics for the business, and you’re saying hey, this
year, We crushed it, we did so much better. Last year we did 25% more revenue. If you’re that kind of person than perfect,
you’re in the right community. Exactly. We want to get you there to the next level. Because at the end of the day, even if you’re
spending thousands of dollars on marketing, and you have all these funnels hooked up,
and you’ve taken all these different classes of how to market your business, if you’re
not closing, when you have these people on the phone, then what are you doing it all
for? And so we are going to get very, very specific
on the strategies to help you break through if you’re struggling. Or if you are already doing well, you can
always learn some new things. And so we’re going to talk about that specific
topic. But we’re also going to talk about the mindset
and the money and everything that goes along with sales and communication. So we hope you like it. If you’re not into sales and business and
all the things then it’s okay and you don’t necessarily need to be a part of the community. We hope you stay so we’re going to change
it probably today or tomorrow. And I think we’re gonna go with the title. Oh can you get some feedback. Yeah. Do you like to talk about it? Yeah. So mastering sales for coaches and entrepreneurs

much what we boil down to. We’re playing with a couple of different names
and those were the best entrepreneurs love it, Hannah. Cool. So we’ll see you on Friday. There’s something else I wanted to say but I can’t remember what it was. What is it? That’s got to do with sales so don’t know, I know you don’t know. But if you were to know, I know if I were to know, it has to do with the New
Year’s goals and goal setting, and something around that, goal setting, making more money,
breaking through money blocks. That’s what the whole community is about. So yeah, so business owners, coaches, if you’re
still not a hundred percent congruent on sales. That’s what we’re going to get you to. We want to help you get there with wisdom
that we’ve been able to build a business, whether it’s networking, whether it’s making
calls, oh, that’s what it was, leads, we keep hearing people say I don’t have enough leads. Listen, that’s not a lead issue. There’s plenty of ways to get leads out there. Leads is a reason. If you have five leads and you don’t close
them, that’s not a lead problem. That’s a closing issue, which means you get
to refine, sharpen your axe, sharpen your sales axe, that’s building rapport, we’re going to
talk a lot about building rapport. A lot of people try to pitch or
pitch an offer and they don’t have enough rapport. So stay tuned. We’re excited. about what we’re going to bring to this
group and mastering sales for coaches and entrepreneurs. And if you’re not a coach or an entrepreneur,
if you’re in the corporate world or maybe you don’t even if you’re not in business at
all, you’re still in sales because you’re selling your kids your ideas, you’re selling
your husband to get on the same page with you. You’re selling your boss to give you more
money, you’re selling everything, everything in life is sales, because in order to get
people on the same page with you, you’re enrolling them in your ideas. I was just going to teach you how to do that
I was getting my haircut yesterday and I said so do you think you’re in sales? I asked her and she said I’m not really, well
maybe, I said you are you’re in sales you gotta sell me some product to put my hair you got
to sell me and maybe why I should cut this thick beard, or selling you to come back she obviously didn’t sell me on why should I cut the beard I should have. or selling you to keep coming. right. A lot of times people are going to be,
sometimes you need to re-enroll your clients all the time to keep selling them
into your coaching services, or whatever you’re selling. Yeah, so any employee like that works for a company,
whether big or small company, if you’re an employee or an assistant or any kind of a
manager, you are in sales. Yes, we are going to talk about is the language
that displaces resistance so you can get your way more, you can get a higher income, you
can raise, ask for bonuses, ask for salaries, there’s ways to do that through language by
building rapport. And it is all going to be content that we
put out. And it’s also going to be hacks in your business
and entrepreneurs stuff of mindset and success. And we’re also going to get into the weird
sort of spiritual stuff around money too, because I think that’s super important. So it’s going to be a little bit of everything. If you’re watching this on the replay,

going to be Yager Training Community and it’s still a community. So we’re going to change to Mastering Sales

paying coaching profession up to leveling up to obviously being an NLP coach, which in charge a lot you can charge anywhere from
250 to $2,000 an hour just depends on how much how many money blocks you have, really, the
sky’s the limit of how much you can charge you can guarantee results. you can easily charge anywhere between 1500 to $2,000. And here’s the thing the bigger the problem,
the bigger the price you can charge magic about money the more we’re going to
get into all this stuff. We’re going to continue to finish out our
year strong with the 2020 how to make 2020 kick ass and we’re going to then start new
series on sales moving forward in 2020 So please join us and share this with someone

going into 2020, have You set Or have you hit your goals? Did you make your goals? Did you succeed them? Did you achieve them in 2019? And where can you set goals even bigger? Where can you set an even bigger, bigger,
hairy audacious goal in 2020 that will really drive your business, your relationship, maybe
your health and wellness to the next level. That’s what we are about set big goals. The bigger you set them, the better you get
them, promise you there, we set some big goals and we’ve gotten them this year, we’re going
to like set them even bigger next year. I know I was going through all of our goals, everything
that I wanted to manifest last year, and we got everything, we got everything, like down
to the specificity. My only thing and I’m super grateful
and I’m like receiving everything that we got. And I love what we did. Then I was thinking myself Damn, what if I
made it even bigger? So start really thinking about that, like
how can you stretch yourself 2020 Who cares if you don’t hit your mark, because here’s
the thing, if you put yourself out there even further beyond what your capacity is, you will
still get what your capacity is, it’s a win win a lot of successful people that we’re around, the biggest
regret they have is not setting goals big enough. Lots of people say this and so we don’t want
to have any regret. Yeah, we want to let go of any guilt we may
have and just set big goals. I was talking to Dr. Denise yesterday we were
doing a facebook live together and we were talking about just, you know, setting goals
for yourself, well, you don’t know what you don’t know. And like trying asking your unconscious mind
to bring up or be magnetic in your reality to show the things to you that you don’t even
know that’s possible yet. So imagine yourself like do the meditation
before you go to bed. Having your unconscious mind be magnetically
drawn to possibilities beyond your capacity right now, which is super cool. Between now and the New Year. If there’s anything uncomfortable that you’re
like, maybe struggling with, just do it Yes, just do it, break through the comfort zone, jump in, go out, whatever it is, if it’s money, if
